There is a much talked about method among players for you to get Super Dragonite, this method consists of doing the entire process of manufacturing a DM piece using gem until it forms four or even an orange piece.
Note: you cannot combine the 4 orange pieces into a golden one.
The cost to make four orange pieces from the BLUE process is 51.2k SD and 742,176 gem, considering you did the whole process using gem, an orange piece if you scrap it will return you 27k SD, you will have spent 12.8 k of SD to make an orange piece, when you break it you will get back 27k x 4 = 108k, gaining 56.8k of SD, so it's like you bought 56.8k of SD for 742,176 gem.

The cost to make four orange pieces from the Purple process consists of 64k SD and 545,600 gem, considering you did the whole process using gem, an orange piece if you scrap it will return you 27k SD, you will have spent 16k SD to make an orange piece, when you break it you will get back 27k x 4 = 108k, gaining 44k SD, so it's like you bought 44k SD for 545,600 gem. It will receive 12.8ka less SD than the BLUE process, but it will spend 196,576 less gem.
Note: The method requires complete accessory Production (Bulk Salvage and Skilled Salvage) research to get maximum super dragonite return when disassembling finished DM parts, otherwise your numbers will be lower.
